STOCKHOLM, SCHWEDEN, 8. Oktober 2024 - Neonode Inc. (NASDAQ: NEON) gab heute bekannt, dass Peter Kruk dem Board of Directors (dem "Board") des Unternehmens als Class II Director beigetreten ist.
Peter Kruk ist derzeit Chief Executive Officer und Vorstandsmitglied der NCAB Group AB, einem an der Nasdaq Stockholm notierten Unternehmen und einem weltweit führenden Hersteller von Leiterplatten. Herr Kruk bringt umfangreiche Erfahrungen als Führungskraft in globalen Industrieunternehmen mit. Von 2018 bis 2020 war Herr Kruk Präsident der EMEA-Region in der Dometic Group und Mitglied des Managementteams der Dometic Group. Von 2009 bis 2018 war er President of Electronics und Mitglied des Managementteams von Stoneridge Inc. einem in den USA börsennotierten Unternehmen und einem führenden Anbieter von fortschrittlicher Elektronik für die globale Automobilindustrie.
