Daniel Alexus

President and Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining Neonode in 2025, Mr. Alexus served as Executive, Global Head of Innovation and Founder of Ericsson ONE since 2018, an innovation accelerator within Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson (publ) (“Ericsson”). Daniel Alexus also brings experience from several other senior roles at Ericsson, where he started in 2010.

Mr. Alexus has a Master of Science in Engineering & Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Fredrik Nihlén

Chief Financial Officer

Herr Nihlén kam im August 2021 von IFS Sverige AB ("IFS") zu Neonode, wo er seit 2019 die Position des Finance Director IFS Nordics innehatte. Vor seinem Wechsel zu IFS hatte Herr Nihlén von 2018 bis 2019 die Position des Group Chief Financial Officer bei Cinnober Financial Technology AB inne. Davor war Herr Nihlén bei DIBS Payment Services tätig, wo er von 2016 bis 2018 die Position des Head of Finance und von 2013 bis 2016 die des Business Controllers innehatte.

Herr Nihlén hat einen M.Sc. in Betriebs- und Volkswirtschaft von der Universität Växjö, Schweden.

Kent Pålsson

Vizepräsidentin Technik

Herr Pålsson kam im Jahr 2023 als Engineering Manager für die zForce zu Neonode und ist seit 2024 für das gesamte Engineering-Team verantwortlich. Herr Pålsson verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche und hatte viele leitende Positionen in den Bereichen Technik, Produktmanagement und Geschäftsentwicklung inne. Zuletzt war er VP OEM-Produkte bei Stoneridge Electronics.

Marec Gasiun

Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Gasiun joined Neonode in 2026. He has an extensive track record in global commercial leadership across the automotive, technology, and telecommunications sectors. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at SeeReal Technologies, a holographic deep-tech pioneer. Prior to that, Mr. Gasiun held the position of Vice President of Global Technology Partnerships at Telia Company and Head of Business Development for Google’s automotive software business, where he led commercial execution for the in-vehicle software platform.

Mr. Gasiun holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Lund University School of Economics and Management in Sweden.
